Board & Committee Support – Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, collating materials, and recording minutes.
 

Statutory Records & Registers – Maintaining all company registers and statutory documentation.
 

Insurance Management – Overseeing the company’s annual insurance arrangements to ensure coverage aligns with obligations and risk profile.

Capital Raising & Market Listings – Managing IPOs, placements, rights issues, and share purchase plans, including preparation of disclosure documents and seamless liaison with legal advisers, brokers, ASX, ASIC, and share registries.
 

Corporate Transactions & Financial Strategy – Advising on mergers, acquisitions, reverse takeovers, and divestments, supported by financial modelling, debt process advice, and outsourced CFO services.

Accounting & Bookkeeping – Maintenance of accounting records and day-to-day bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial records.
 

Statutory Reporting – Preparation and lodgement of regular statutory reports in line with regulatory requirements.
 

Budgeting & Cash Flow – Development of annual budgets and ongoing cash flow management and reporting.
 

Adviser & Regulator Liaison – Coordination with auditors, taxation advisers, and the Australian Taxation Office to ensure compliance and efficiency.
