Craig McNab
Craig leads Bayonne Corporate. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, with more than 15 years’ experience across the resources industry and accounting profession.
Craig initially qualified as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has held senior finance and compliance positions with resources companies in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
He provides financial accounting and corporate compliance services to ASX-listed companies, and has served as company secretary for companies from incorporation through to IPO.
